Ulano Orange, a pre-sensitized (ready-to-use), pure photopolymer (SBQ) textile emulsion for imprinted sportswear printing. Orange is formulated with a “masking color” that reduces halation—the reflection and scattering of light in screen mesh during exposure—a major cause of loss of resolution, the closing up of fine lines and details. One would expect a “masking color” to slow the exposure speed of an emulsion drastically, but that does not happen with Orange! It is ultra-fast-exposing! It is perfect for shops with high stencil making throughput, as well as shops with fluorescent tubes or other low-intensity light sources.
Orange has high viscosity (6,000 – 8,000 centipoise) that improves control when coating screens by hand and makes Orange a good choice for coarse mesh. Its high solids content (44 - 46%) results in better mesh bridging, especially on coarse mesh, good edge definition, and fast drying.
Orange is resistant to plastisol inks, most washup solvents, and some come commonly-used water-based textile inks. It is easy to reclaim in automatic stencil removal equipment or by hand. Stencils made with Orange are extremely durable, will not become tacky under high humidity conditions, and have excellent wet strength and exposure latitude. Orange is formulated to reduce stencil-making time--in coating (because of its high viscosity), drying (due to its high solids), and exposure (its high photo-sensitivity despite its “masking color”).
Proclaim HR has a higher resolution than regular Proclaim. Will resolve up to 40 micron lines and spaces on 305 t/inch (120 t/cm) or 380 t/inch (150 t/cm).
(37%) solids content provides excellent bridging of coarse mesh better stencil build per coat, and fast drying. Proclaim has superb coating properties and durability, and is resistant to a wide variety of solvent-based inks, as well as water-based UV. Proclaim is very suitable for general purpose graphics, textile, and industrial applications. Latitude, resolution, and edge definition are excellent, which makes it ideal for fine line and halftone printing.
Proclaim is green color.
Stencils produced with 925WR are completely water - resistant and very durable. This pale violet emulsion offers a higher solids content and very good resolution, edge definition, and exposure latitude. 925WR comes with a syrup diazo sensitizer, for faster and surer mixing. Recommended for sportswear, T-shirt and textile printing.
Similar to 569FAST but with separate dye color for easier see-through registration. Ideal for weaker light sources and aggressive inks, such as vinyls, nylons, and mylars. Recommended for plastisol printing when aggressive solvents are used for wash-up. 1GUFFX88SR
RLX is a multi-purpose high speed diazo photopolymer direct emulsion. RLX's very high solids content provides better stencil build per coat, excellent bridging of coarse mesh, and faster drying. RLX has superb coating properties and durability, and is resistant to a wide variety of solvent- and water-based ink systems.
Ready-to-use stencil liquid remover for fast and thorough removal of direct emulsions, CDF Direct-Films, and Pulsar indirect film from all types of mesh including metalized polyester.
Will not etch mesh; contains no strong alkalis or hypochlorites. Ideal for use in tanks: will not attack adhesives on stretch and glue frames; tank heating unnecessary. Odor free
Instructions
-Remove ink with the proper solvent.
-Use Screen Degreaser Liquid No. 3 to remove solvent residues and to help speed the action of the stencil remover. Rinse thoroughly.
-Use a soft brush to apply Stencil Remover Liquid No. 4 on the screen from both sides.
-Wait five minutes - no longer. Do not allow the stencil remover to dry on the screen, as this can result in a permanent stencil.
-Wash away the stencil with a hard spray of water, preferably a power spray.
-Tank method: Dilute Stencil Remover No. 4 with water (no more than 1:2) - but only after thorough testing. It is recommended, however, that Ulano No. 4 be used at full strength for fastest and most thorough stencil removal.
Health & Safety Information
Stencil Remover Liquid No. 4 is a strong oxidant. It can cause skin irritation; use gloves. Keep the container closed tightly. Clean spills immediately.
First Aid: In case of contact with the eyes or skin, flush immediately with water. If irritation develops, contact a physician.
