This pen works with CTP, long-run, and fast-exposure metal plates that are used on web and sheet fed presses. CTP-1000 pen features a unique 3-tip barrel with fine, medium, and broad tips.
Contains a specially formulated water resistant ink that effectively blocks light transmiss. The patent valve opens a full flow of fresh ink to the tip. Dries completely in less than one minute.
For silver and black imaged paper or polyester based plates including AB Dick,
Heidelberg Crystila, Mitsubishi Silvermaster and Agfa Supermaster plates.
Adds images to all types of metal plates from analog to CTP. The pen utilizes a two-step process: first, a prep tip is used to prepare the plate surface, then the pen’s two additional tips make corrections that last for countless impressions.
