Low Voc Press Washes

Formulated to meet the needs of printers who are attempting to reduce VOC's, LO-VO WASH 50 is an easy one-step method of cleaning. LO-VO WASH 50 contains less than 3.5 pounds per gallon of VOC's and can be mixed with water up to 50% to further reduce emissions. The product contains no reportable hazardous ingredients, has a flashpoint over 140 F and has a very mild odor.

LO-VO WASH CA-100 was designed to be used in automatic blanket washer systems on sheetfed and web presses. The product features a strong cleaning action with no residual surfactant residue to contaminate the spray bars or the blankets. LO-VO Wash CA-100 can also be used as a hand wash. This product is formulated to be used only as a blanket and roller wash for offset lithography.

LO-VOC WASH CA-UV is designed to be used as a press wash to comply with low VOC regulations for UV/EB and Hybrid ink applications. It can be used in automatic blanket washer systems on sheetfed and web presses. The product can also be used as a hand wash. The product is intended to be used undiluted, but it can be mixed with up to 30% water and is not oily
