-Ready to use, regular strength emulsion remover
-Has superior wetting prperties
-No precipitation of active ingredients
A liquid haze remover that is very effective on inks and emulsions. Non-caustic.
Haze Free is a powerful haze and ghost remover that works quickly to dissolve ink and residual emulsion stains from all types of mesh. Drain safe and biodegradable, Haze Free is the most effective Haze Remover on the market. Specifically formulated to remove imbedded U.V. and plastisol inks (haze and ghost images) that remain on the screen.
-Emulsifies and dissolves the ink constituents; resins, binders, pigments, plasticizers, etc.
-The solution suspends these constituents so re-attachment to the mesh surface is prohibited, thus allowing for water rinse removal.
-Excellent degreaser, as it also removes dirt, residues and sizing.
Ready-to-use paste for fast and thorough removal of direct emulsions, CDF Direct Films, and Pulsar indirect film from all types of mesh including metalized polyester.
Instructions
-Remove ink with the proper solvent.
-Degrease first with Screen Degreaser Liquid No. 3 to remove solvent residues and to help speed the action of the stencil remover. Rinse thoroughly.
-Use a soft brush to apply Stencil Remover Paste No. 5 on the mesh from both sides.
-Wait five minutes - no longer. Do not allow the stencil remover to dry on the screen, as this can result in a permanent stencil.
-Wash away the stencil with a hard spray of water, preferably a power spray.
Note: Avoid freezing Stencil Remover Paste No. 5. Freezing and thawing will change the consistency from a paste to a liquid. This has no effect on the chemical activity as a stencil remover - it can be used in the same way as Stencil Remover Liquid No. 4.
Health & Safety Information
Stencil Remover Paste No. 5 is a strong oxidant. It can cause skin irritation; use gloves. Keep the container closed tightly. Clean spills immediately.
First Aid: In case of contact with the eyes or skin, flush immediately with water. If irritation develops, contact a physician.
Ready-to-use stencil liquid remover for fast and thorough removal of direct emulsions, CDF Direct-Films, and Pulsar indirect film from all types of mesh including metalized polyester.
Will not etch mesh; contains no strong alkalis or hypochlorites. Ideal for use in tanks: will not attack adhesives on stretch and glue frames; tank heating unnecessary. Odor free
