Two-in-one Ink Cleaner and Emulsion Remover designed to soften ink and emlusion from the mesh. This product is best when used in a dip tank. Mix EasiStrip SUPRA at a ratio of up to 1:5 with water in a plastic tank. Dip Tank Application: Scrape excess ink from screen. Place screen in dip tank. Let soak in tank until the emulsion/film loosens from the screen. Usually 2-3 mins. High pressure rinse screen, then flood rinse. If stubborn stains remain, apply an Easiway Systems approved stain remover.

Easisolv 930 screen wash & stain remover is an environmentally approved, 100% active, very low odor, extremely quick penetrating and fast acting screen wash designed to dissolve and clean plastisol and UV screen printable inks and stains from printing mesh without the hazards and odors usually associated with aggressive solvents. -Dissolves plastisol and UV inks and stains quickly, allowing mesh to be rinsed clear with water. -Is a low odor product, providing a more pleasant environment for employees. -Is non-flammable (flash point over 200 F) which makes it safer for handling, storage and rag disposal than conventional screen washes. -Contains low-foam, biodegradable detergents which contribute to superior ink and stain removal, while providing complete rinsability with water. -May be applied manually or recirculated through the EasiFlo system, or in an enclosed, automatic screen washing system, providing superior product life and economy. -Has a neutral PH making it more environmentally friendly. Application: -Scrape excess from screen -Apply Easisolv 930 to the (well) ink and print side of the screen. Scrub if necessary. -Squeegee excess off of screen. -Using a good high-pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the well side and work up. Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen. -Apply an Easiway Systems approved emulsion/ stencil remover. The screen will now be ready for reuse. If stubborn stains remain, reapply Easisolv 930 on stains and high-pressure rinse.

Ultra-concentrated emulsion remover that is designed to dissolve all direct emulsions, capillary, and high-density films with ease. This product can be used manually in a spray bottle or can be used in automated reclaim machines. Mix EasiSolv 500 from 1:10 up to 1:50 with water in a spray bottle. We recommend starting at 1 part chemical to 20 parts water and then adjust according to your needs. • Apply EasiSolv 500 by brush, wipe, scrub pad or spray to both sides of the emulsion (after ink removal). • High pressure rinse both sides of the screen. • Flood rinse entire screen with low pressure rinse from the top to activate degreasers and remove any debris, splash back or chemical residue. Thoroughly agitate ink with a rag or scrubber, then wipe up all dissolved ink. 4. Reapply if necessary and follow with a dry rag, wipe on both sides of the screen. The screen will be ready for printing or tape application within 20 seconds.
